With E3 2018 concluding, we got to see some amazing video games. Companies like Square Enix revealed some exciting new games like Kingdom Hearts III, an Xbox One version of NieR: Automata, and a Switch version of The World Ends With You: Final Remix. However, Square did not show any videos or news of the planned video game Final Fantasy VII Remake. However! According to the game director Tetsuya Nomura, who is also directing Kingdom Hearts III, made a comment on Final Fantasy VII Remake. In his own words, he said that the work in Final Fantasy VII Remake and Kingdom Hearts III is “parallel”. If he is not busy with Kingdom Hearts III, he is working on Final Fantasy VII Remake. Here is what he is said:
“It’s not just in the early concept stages. We are actually in development. So right now, I’ve been putting 100 percent into Kingdom Hearts and 100 percent into Final Fantasy 7 and 100 percent into Kingdom Hearts and going back and forth.”
He also commented that he is putting a lot of work into FFVII Remake and he is content with overtime hours.
“I don’t get fatigued by that at all.” It’s really fun for me to do. I actually don’t like human relationships more than just work, so I just want to focus on work and creating things if I don’t have to deal with human relationships. It’s actually a little bit easier for me to do than not working.”
“I do need fans to play my games, to be able to create it, and so fans are definitely a factor to motivate me to keep on going.”

Square Enix is releasing a lot of gameplay trailers in E3 and Kingdom Hearts III continues to surprise me every time. Coming back from Kingdom Hearts II is the return of Jack Sparrow and his world of Pirates of the Caribbean. Unlike the previous PS2 game (or you played the HD games on the PS3 or PS4 first), the combat and exploration of the world has expanded and has become immersive. The trailer shows Sora and his friends dressed as pirates and fighting against ships and heartless on the open seas. Sora can also swim underwater and fight more Heartless. The video also shows new and returning characters. Of the returning characters, we have Sora and Riku’s friend Kairi with nice, short hair and the once and former Organization XIII member Axel (his real name is Lea).
