In this review, I will be talking about the recent DLC packs for the game Final Fantasy XV. Final Fantasy XV is a game filled with an amazing story and cast of characters Square Enix wants to continue to make this game even more fun for players by adding exclusive items and content for players. Some are fun to play while others help add a challenge or support to the story. Besides the single DLC like Reglia Decal skins or weapons, Square Enix recently released two DLC packs with a certain amount of content. The first one is called the Holiday Pack and the second is the Booster Pack. They are free DLCs but if you bought the season pass, players will receive exclusive items (If you got the season pass, players will be able to download the packs with plus sign on the side e.g. Booster Pack +). I bought the season pass and I will be going over each pack.

- What is your favorite video game genre (I.E. RPG, FPS, MMO, etc.).
I like video games such as action adventure series and with a great story. Games like Final Fantasy XV, Kingdom Hearts, Batman Arkham games are my type of games. I like games where I feel like I am hero and part of an epic story.
- Which system do you prefer to game on?
Currently Playstation 4. I like the Nintendo games and systems but I mostly play Playstation games. I am part Sony and Nintendo.
- Who is your favorite video game character?
I think my favorite character would be Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy XV. Noctis is an awesome main character with awesome abilities. He is also a cool chilled guy who also cares about his friends. I also respect him and sympathize him on his duties in the game.
- Which game do you believe has the best plot?
I think the game with the best story would be the Batman Arkham games ( I haven’t played Origins). I enjoyed interacting with the characters, good and evil, and feeling like I am Batman.
- What game gave the most hype but didn’t deliver?
Personally, the one game that got too much hype was Sonic the Hedgehog 2006. Back when the PS3 and Xbox 360 were barely released and when E3 released the trailer for Sonic 06, my friends in school were all excited to play the game. Unfortunately, once I got a PS3 and got this game, I was disappointed. The game was awful.
- What game are you waiting for?
Currently, I am waiting for Kingdom Hearts III and Final Fantasy VII Remake.
- If you were taken to an island and forced to only play 3 games, which 3 games would you choose?
The three games I would be willing to play would Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, Final Fantasy XV and Transformers: Devastation.
- Which games do you feel have the best replay value,
I am already fanboy and everyone knows what I will say but I think Final Fantasy XV has the best replay value. The game has a huge open world environment and it has many missions and items ready to be explored. You can also fish for all kinds of fish or help Ignis collect recipes.
- Name 1 Game that you think everyone should play?
I say either the Uncharted games, or Kingdom Hearts series. They both have a likeable main characters and the gameplay is pretty easy to follow.
- What game did you grow up on?
I think I grew up playing the classic Super Mario Bros on the NES and Sonic the Hedgehog on the Sega Game Gear.
- Which game would you like to see come back?
In my opinion, I feel like Jak and Daxter should come back. I really like Naughty Dog’s games and after hearing Crash Bandicoot coming back for this year, I was hyped. It stinks even after years, they are still making Ratchet and Clank games but Jack and Daxter games.

After a decade of waiting, the long awaited Final Fantasy game Final Fantasy XV (previously called Final Fantasy Versus XIII) is finally released. With many promotional videos, anime, movie and apps and delays, Final Fantasy XV brings the fun and enjoyment for those who have waited for a long time. In this review, I will be discussing the gameplay, story and value and let you know if this game is worth buying. I won’t be spoiling the story here so don’t worry. Final Fantasy XV is owned by Square Enix and the game is available for PS4 and Xbox One.
Better than never I always say. This is another unboxing posts and it will be super short. This post will be covering the limited edition version to the recent Square Enix game Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue Limited Edition. This game came out on January 24 but since I preordered online, I got this game on Saturday, January 28th. People ordered the Limited Edition receives the game in different cover box and an exclusive Disney Pin.
On the cover of the box, the cover is displayed with the game’s title along with simple patterns and symbols. The game also includes the actual hard case of the standard game with the characters on it. Unlike my Deluxe Edition to the Final Fantasy XV game, the box was cardboard or one of those plastic boxes; it has some bends and it was not a steelbook case. The pin was pretty to cool have. It was very small and it was my first pin I ever got.
The Limited Edition pretty cool to have especially if you are a Disney fanatic. If you are pin lover, this is a must have and if you want to own a second pin to the previous one if you preoredered Kingdom Hearts HD. 2.5 Remix. If you are not much pin fan, you are better off just buying the standard game. Getting this edition doesn’t come with any dlcs not even an artbook like 1.5. If you want this game, you better off with the standard.
If you played the Dissidia games like myself on the PSP, you may have been following the news from Japan that there is an arcade game of the recent Dissidia game, Dissidia Final Fantasy, only exclusive in Japan. There are no newsin regards if it will be released through out the world but recent news states a console version is being made and unlike the arcade version, the console will have a story mode. Rumor has it that if the game reaches hgh demands and gets popular, this game could become an addition as an eSport!
To those who don’t know Dissidia, Dissidia Final Fantasy is a fighting game spinoff featuring fan favorite Final Fantasy characters. Players can play as the good and bad guys and duke it out in memorable worlds. In the past, Dissidia first started off in the PSP and later got a sequel.
If you remembered the past news, it was confirmed that Final Fantasy XV will be releasing a dlc costume pack for Noctis and his friends called the Magitek Exosuits. However, recent news states that the suits dlc will be delayed and with a unconfirmed release date. The staff will modify and edit the costumes. Reason being is because it resembles the upcoming Sentai movie Power Rangers (movie comes out in March 24 in USA. July 15 in Japan).
However, the upcoming Booster Pack will be released on February 21 but without the DLC costumes.
This year marks the 30 years of Final Fantasy. Today, I collected a lot of news regarding to Final Fantasy!

The game will also support up to 4K resolution and higher framerates up to 120fps. Players can sync their account between the game’s mobile and PC versions to play and continue progress on either version.”
A collaboration is planned to be added with game where players team up with Cloud and fight Shinra and the Mako Reactors.
Here is what the game is about:
“Created by an all-star development team including producer Yoshinori Kitase and writer Kazushige Nojima – known for their work on the acclaimed FINAL FANTASY VII and upcoming FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE – MOBIUS FINAL FANTASY is the story of a man who wakes up in a world called Palamecia with no memory of his past. There, he finds himself tasked with bringing hope to the world by unraveling a mysterious prophecy around the legendary warrior of light.”
As an added bonus to Final Fantasy VII, Square Enix other title Kingdom Hearts paid tribute to the popular game. On the Twitter account, the Kingdom Hearts Twitter posted up a picture of Sora posing like Cloud in front of Yen Sid’s castle. The image pays a homage and reference to the 1997 Playstation 1 cover of Final Fantasy VII.

Square Enix and Marvel
Announced last week, Square Enix and Marvel made a huge announcement that these two companies are planing a special Marvel Avengers project. This project will be a game featuring the Avengers. Based on the description, the company Crystal Dynamics (well-known for the Tomb Raider series) and developer Eidos-Montréal (Deus Ex) will be involved with the game.
