I think most people know about this but here’s a quick recap news. Recently announced, the popular DC fighting game Injustice 2 has revealed another season pack for the game and it will be third. It’s revealed that Atom and Enchantress will participating in the game; however, this is not the big news stirring online. Also joining the game is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Based on what we can assume, players will be able to play as all four turtles and they will be able fight the DC characters, heroes and villains. These are not the characters from a different franchise crossing over in this game. Recently, Raiden from the Mortal Kombat series is in the game as well as Dark Horse comic character Hellboy.

Tekken 7

Tekken 7 will not only be getting Akuma from Capcom Street Fighter but apparently, someone from Square Enix. Final Fantasy XV hero Noctis Lucis Caelum will be joining Tekken 7! Based on the reveal trailer, Noctis will be fighting with his traditional Engine Blade along with his magic. His character will be playable and players will able to unlock arenas from the game such as fighting Hammerhead Repair Shop.

This is not the first time Noctis has encounter a crossover moment. Final Fantasy XV has crossover with Assassin’s Creed Origins with a festival, NieR: Automata with an exclusive Engine Blade weapon, and even Xbox exclusive Forza Horizon 3 with the Regalia.

Both these exclusive characters will be available to play in 2018 during the late winter.

  2. It’s pretty great to see more fighting games being like Smash Bros and allowing guest stars. It really helps the game feel more unique and it’s super hype. I’m particularly hyped for Noctis in Tekken 7. His moveset is definitely going to be a blast to play!
